Frances Moore speech at the Fourth China International Copyright Expo

The speech, delivered at the Fourth China International Copyright Expo, welcomes China's draft copyright law proposing broadcast and performance rights for performers and producers. It also outlines the latest expansion of legitimate music services and developments in tackling digital piracy globally. Commenting on the music market in China, Frances Moore points to the need for the right copyright and enforcement climate to unlock the vast growth potential for licensed services in the country.
